Refund policy
We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges for a different size, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
If the requested size is sold out, we are unable to offer an exchange.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
